Methods for distinguishing the quality of Carbon Raiser

There are many types of Carbon Raisers, and the quality indicators of Carbon Raisers are unified. The following is a method for distinguishing the quality of Carbon Raisers:

1.Moisture:The moisture content of the Carbon Raiser should be as low as possible, and the moisture content should be less than 1%.

2.Ash content:The ash content index of the Carbon Raiser should be as low as possible. The ash content of the calcined graphite petroleum coke Carbon Raiser is relatively low, about 0.5~1%.

3.Volatile matter:The volatile matter is the ineffective part of the Carbon Raiser. The volatile matter depends on the calcination or coking temperature and treatment process of the Carbon Raiser. The volatile matter of a properly treated Carbon Raiser is below 0.5%.

4.Fixed carbon:The fixed carbon of the Carbon Raiser is the truly useful part of the Carbon Raiser. The higher the carbon value, the better.According to the fixed carbon index value of the Carbon Raiser, the Carbon Raiser can be divided into different grades, such as 90%,98.5%,90%,etc.

5.Sulfur content:The sulfur content of the Carbon Raiser is an important harmful element. The lower the value, the better. The sulfur content of the Carbon Raiser depends on the sulfur content and calcination temperature of the Carbon Raiser raw material.
